Kristy Hyde, more than a curl expert. a mother of curly-hair children, a salon owner, and a curl educator with over 2 decades of professional experience helping people across Greenville SC and beyond feel seen in their texture.
Rooted in the Gullah heritage of the low country sea islands, Kristy didn't just study natural hair or curls, she lives them. From braids to blowouts to extensions and natural resets, Kristy has spent her life helping every texture feel at home.
Certified in Brazilian Blowouts, The Curl Conquering Method, Forever Curls Academy, Hotheads Extensions, and advanced blonding techniques on textured hair. From tight coils to soft waves, Kristy believes your curls deserve more than just a routine, they deserve care, confidence, and coaching that meets you where you are.
Kristy didn't grow up knowing how to take care of her hair or how to tame embarrassing frizz. Kristy had to learn how to embrace her strands on her own. Watching my her son's curl pattern shift over time made this journey even more personal.
